Entity Gap Matrix

Compare your entity coverage against up to three competitors. Names are normalised before anything is compared — the step most gap analyses skip, and the reason most of them are wrong.

A shared / missing / unique / thin matrix, exportable as CSV

How to use it

  1. Load your own corpus into the first slot.
  2. Add up to three competitors. Pick them for comparability, not for ranking.
  3. Press Compare, then read the four verdicts.
  4. Filter to missing, and require two or more competitors before you act.
  5. Export, and use it to score Coverage.

Worth knowing. Filter chrome and generic nouns out of every corpus first, not just your own — otherwise the top “gap” will be a word like “content”.

Entity Gap Matrix

Compare your entity coverage against up to three competitors. Names are normalised before anything is compared — the step most gap analyses skip, and the reason most of them are wrong.

1 · Load the corpora

Upload the entity_mentions.csv the Entity Extractor produces — one for you, up to three for competitors. Everything is computed in this tab; no API calls, no cost.
On competitor data: run the extractor over their public content and keep only the derived entity export. Never redistribute a competitor’s scraped page content — the entity list is transformed data, the content is theirs.
Load your own corpus and at least one competitor.
Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. MLforSEO Academy
