Lesson overview
The second live masterclass turns the findings of the first audit into working structured data. Beatrice Gamba takes a single tutorial article from the mlforseo.com blog and builds a comprehensive, enterprise-level article markup around it, with every related entity defined once and connected through ID references. The result is a small knowledge graph attached to one page, which shows how relationship mapping becomes real JSON-LD.
What this lesson covers
- Reviewing an article’s existing markup with the Schema.org validator
- Building the core article entity with a unique ID, author and publisher references
- Defining reusable person and organisation entities, linked in both directions
- Declaring what the article is about with concept entities linked to Wikipedia and Wikidata
- Adding FAQ markup that matches visible on-page content
- Connecting the article to a course entity with provider and instructor relationships
The session starts by checking what is already on the page, then works outwards from the article as the central entity. Each entity gets a self-defined, unique identifier so it can be referenced from any page. The person entity carries a job title, a link back to the organisation, sameAs links to external profiles and a list of topics the person knows about. Beatrice explains that this helps systems understand the page and site with more confidence. The organisation entity includes a logo as an image object, external profiles and a founder reference, which together already form a graph-like network.
The about property is used to declare the article’s key concepts, each with its own ID and external references, and the lesson shows that mentioned entities can take other types, such as a software application. FAQ markup is added with the rule that every question in the markup must also appear on the page. Finally, a course entity links the content to a product, with the organisation as provider and the person as instructor, plus details such as delivery mode and workload. The lesson closes by organising all the fields in a spreadsheet, using an LLM to help turn it into JSON-LD, and validating the output so it contains no errors. The advice throughout is to start simple and add properties as information allows.
This lesson is part of the Applied Brand Entity SEO Masterclass module and follows directly from the live entity audit. It suits SEOs and developers who want to see how a relationship map translates into connected, valid markup on a real page.
